This is often due to lack of staff, process, or usually both. We will assign a primary, and a backup engineer to your account. It may at times not be practical to have one of those engineers resolve an issue in a timely fashion, or it is possible that neither of them is the right person to provide a particular service to your organization. Our entire team meets Bi-Weekly to ensure we are all on the same page with respect to one another, clients, and service delivery.

We not only carry standard business liability insurance, but Professional Service Errors and Omissions insurance. Most low cost service providers do not carry proper E&O coverage, which places you at risk in the event of a serious error.
