Managing email can be one of the biggest time drains in a busy workday. Between customer inquiries, supplier updates, internal communications, and the occasional spam, it’s easy for critical messages to get lost in the shuffle. Missed emails can lead to delays, confusion, and unnecessary stress.
Microsoft is introducing a new feature to help solve this problem.
Priority View in Outlook for iOS and Android
Powered by Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant, Priority View will automatically organize your inbox into two clear categories:
- High Priority – Messages that require your immediate attention
- Needs Replies – Emails awaiting your response
When you open Outlook on your mobile device, the most important emails will stand out instantly—no more digging through clutter.
This feature is designed to reduce the risk of overlooking key messages and to help employees stay focused on what matters most. By streamlining email management, Priority View frees up time for higher-value tasks and reduces the stress of keeping up with a crowded inbox.
Rollout Details:
- Priority View will be introduced gradually and may take until late 2025 to reach all users.
- It will be available exclusively to businesses using Microsoft 365 with a Copilot license, as Copilot is a paid add-on.
If you’re exploring AI tools to make your business more efficient, this is a feature worth watching. Copilot isn’t just for Outlook—it can enhance productivity across Teams, Word, Excel, and more.
